How does the free trial work?
Your workspace’s first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You sign in and enter a card before it starts. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged the plan price and the plan renews on the schedule you chose.
Can I look around before choosing a plan?
Yes. A workspace with no plan can open 1 pursuit, upload 3 documents and start 1 proposal drafting run a month, for 1 person. That is enough to see the product work on one real bid.
What counts as a “proposal drafting run” or a “review”?
A proposal drafting run is one start of the drafting pipeline on a pursuit. Reviews, extractions and agent runs cover color reviews, creating library records from a document, the market-research agents and DIBBS supplier research. Allowances count runs started, not words or tokens, and reset on the 1st of each month (UTC) for monthly and annual plans alike.
What happens when I use up an allowance?
You get one notice at 80% of an allowance. At 100%, new runs of that kind wait until the allowance resets on the 1st, or until you move to a larger plan. Your saved work, search and approvals keep working.
Are there usage charges on top of the plan?
No. Each plan is one flat monthly or annual price. Prepaid credits for supplier text messages and phone calls are being prepared; their prices are not final and they are not on sale, so they are not listed here.
Monthly or annual?
You choose when you check out on the Billing page. An annual plan costs 10 times the monthly price, so two months are free.
Can I cancel? Do you give refunds?
Cancel anytime from the Billing page. Future charges stop, with no extra fees, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments are non-refundable once processed. We accept cards through Stripe only, never cryptocurrency. The details are in the Terms of Service.
Who is the Mission plan for?
Contractors with the highest bid volume. It is arranged with our team on an annual agreement rather than bought by card. Talk to our team.
Does Bids2Bank submit proposals for me?
No. A named, certified person on your team approves each package, and you file it through the channel the solicitation names. Bids2Bank does not transmit anything to SAM.gov or DIBBS.
Is Bids2Bank FedRAMP authorized or SOC 2 audited?
Not today. A FedRAMP 20x Moderate package is in preparation and a SOC 2 audit is planned; no report exists yet. The Trust page lists what is in place and what is not.
