About

Federal contracting, with receipts.

Bids2Bank is software for companies that win work from the U.S. government. It finds contract and grant opportunities, helps you decide which to pursue, drafts proposals from your own records, and checks every sentence before a person on your team approves it.

The principle

Compliance Certainty.

Every sentence we generate carries a citation, a rule reference, and an evidence link. If we cannot produce all three, we do not produce the sentence — we tell a person to look at it.

Proposals are judged line by line, so Bids2Bank does not ask you to trust its drafts. Each sentence shows where its language came from, which FAR or DFARS clause it answers, and which passage in your own documents supports it. Three checks run on every sentence — is there a source, does the source say this, does the claim go too far — and a sentence that fails any of them goes to a person instead of into your proposal.

Work passes between the steps of the system as signed hand-offs, and the final approval is signed the same way, so the record of how a proposal was made can be checked later. Bids2Bank never submits for you: a named, certified person on your team approves each package, and your team files it.

How drafting works

How we build

Seven rules from the founder’s letters.

The letters compass is the short list of rules Bids2Bank is built by. When a decision is close, these break the tie.

  1. Truth before speed.

A wrong answer fast is a lawsuit. A right answer late is a delay. Pick the delay.

  2. Receipts, always.

Every claim points to a source. If you can’t cite it, don’t say it.

  3. Self-healing over self-promotion.

When something breaks, write down what broke, why, what you did, and what you’re changing.

  4. Compliance is the moat.

Citation grounding and an auditable record of every hand-off are what the product is built on.

  5. Stay in your lane.

No shared infrastructure with sibling Fundamentals Holdings entities. Ever.

  6. Cut what does not compound.

A compliance knowledge graph compounds. Custom branding for one customer does not.

  7. Build for the boring middle.

Build for the contractors who bid every month, need it to be right, and stay for years.
