SAM.gov search
Search contract notices by keyword, NAICS, set-aside, notice type, posted date, solicitation number and up to 10 FSC/PSC codes. Open any notice to see past prices, possible incumbents and spending beside it.
Organized the way a bid moves, from the first search to the signed approval. Everything here works in the product today unless it is labelled otherwise.
Search the government’s own data in one workspace, and keep the research with the bid.
Search contract notices by keyword, NAICS, set-aside, notice type, posted date, solicitation number and up to 10 FSC/PSC codes. Open any notice to see past prices, possible incumbents and spending beside it.
Requests for quotation from the Defense Logistics Agency, loaded daily from DLA’s published files. Search by item name, part number or stock number (NSN), supply class, quantity and days to deadline. Every line links to the DLA file it came from, with DLA’s approved sources and your own CAGE check.
Download DLA’s own batch-quote line with your columns filled from the quote profile you entered, checked against DIBBS’s published layout. You upload it to DIBBS yourself; Bids2Bank never submits a quote.
Search open, forecasted, closed and archived federal grant opportunities from Grants.gov.
What similar work sold for (with every source award linked and the FAR thresholds that apply), where the money goes by year, buyer and winner, who won before, and contracts ending soon. Save a search and get alerts on new matches.
A bid / no-bid answer your whole team can check, because every reason carries its source.
A 0–100 score with dealbreakers spelled out, each reason backed by a SAM.gov, USAspending or FAR receipt. Score a notice before you open a pursuit; nothing is saved until you choose to.
Scores each DLA RFQ against your supply classes, CAGE, approved sources and DLA’s award history, with a confidence level. Fewer than three past awards reads “not enough history”, never a low score.
Pick two to four SAM.gov notices and compare due dates, set-asides, NAICS, past prices, possible incumbents and spending in one table.
Each teaming partner is checked against SAM.gov registration and the exclusions list (FAR 9.405), and checked again live before the final approval. An excluded or unregistered partner blocks approval.
Read the solicitation once, carefully, and keep every requirement in view.
Sections are sorted into the standard A–M layout, and requirements are listed with their section numbers (C.1, L.4.a).
Suggested win themes and an outline with page budgets. A theme or outline entry that points at a requirement the solicitation does not contain is dropped, not shown.
Requirements and the FAR and DFARS clauses that match the solicitation, each linked to the regulation text.
Full text of FAR parts 1–53 and DFARS parts 201–253 from the eCFR, refreshed weekly with a dated version history. Clause cards show where each clause is prescribed and what it flows down.
Paste the original and the amendment and see every added, removed and changed line.
Proposal due dates, question deadlines and registration renewals, exported to Outlook, Google or Apple Calendar.
The core of Bids2Bank. Every sentence we generate carries three things, or it is not generated.
Where the language came from, shown beside the sentence on the review screen.
Which FAR or DFARS clause the sentence answers. A clause is kept only if it appears in the solicitation; otherwise the reference is blank and the sentence is held for a person.
The passage in your documents that supports the claim, one click away in the citation panel.
Technical, management and past-performance sentences, plus a cover letter, executive summary and transmittal letter. Letters that make capability claims are replaced by a plain fallback.
Each of the seven AI drafting steps has a rule-based fallback, and every use of it is logged. Models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, with automatic failover between them.
All three must pass for a sentence to ship. A sentence that fails any of them goes to a person instead.
The claim must match something in your own documents.
A second check confirms the cited passage states the specific fact.
The sentence may not promise more than the evidence supports.
People make the final call, and the record shows who made it.
Pink reviews the outline and Red rates the draft against each Section M factor; every finding must quote Section L or M word for word, or it is dropped. Gold is a readiness checklist shown on the approval screen.
Only a signed-in person holding the Academy reviewer certificate (or a single-use admin override) approves a package, after every flagged sentence is cleared. Bids2Bank does not transmit anything to SAM.gov; you file through the channel the solicitation names.
Every hand-off between steps and every approval is hashed and signed, and you can download a signed audit export that re-verifies the whole chain.
Upload your proof once and use it in every proposal.
Pull your federal prime awards by UEI. A record is marked verified only when the government’s data matches it; subcontracts and joint-venture work are never marked verified.
Professional résumés only by default, and a person must give recorded consent before their résumé is used.
Upload a CPARS or résumé and review each proposed field beside the sentence it was read from. A field that does not quote the document word for word is dropped.
Every PDF and Word file is checked before it is stored: scripts, macros, embedded files and other risky content are refused.
For resellers quoting DLA RFQs. Parts of this are still being switched on, and each is labelled.
Record your own DIBBS quotes and their outcomes per RFQ, kept for your workspace only.
Looks up DLA’s approved sources in SAM.gov by CAGE and reads public supplier pages; every value is quoted from the page with its link, or left blank with a reason.
Send quote requests to suppliers from your workspace and read their replies beside the RFQ.
Built, but not offered: they wait on live provider setup, final credit prices and a legal review of the call script and consent rules.
Everything around the bid: training, people, security and your other tools.
Lessons where every claim carries a receipt and regulation quotes are checked against the FAR library after each weekly update. Completing the reviewer track earns the certificate Letter 7 asks for.
A one-day course, a plain-English glossary and links to free official help. Open to everyone.
Owner, admin, editor and viewer roles; authenticator-app sign-in that an owner can require for everyone; idle sign-out and the ability to end a teammate’s sessions.
Workspace API keys, an MCP server for AI assistants, and exports as CSV, JSON or Excel.
HMAC-signed events delivered at least once, retried with backoff, to public URLs you register.
We would rather you hear it here than in a demo.
You can record a funding request, but no lender is signed, so no funding is offered and no funding date is promised.
Bids2Bank is not FedRAMP authorized and has no SOC 2 report. The Trust page shows each control’s real status.
By design, Bids2Bank never submits proposals or quotes. A person on your team files them.
